Bridge Refurbishment

In some cases it may not be necessary to replace an existing structure which may be suitable for an overhaul and refurbishment. As experienced consultants and engineers Bridge It NZ Ltd is able to assess existing structures and discuss options for refurbishment.

Strip and replace existing bridge planks

Repair or reinforce existing foundations
Sandblast and/or repair existing steelworks

In some cases existing structures will not be salvageable and will need to be removed prior to installation of any new structures.

Temporary Bridges

We supply and install Emergency and Temporary Bridges in the North Island.

These 12m temporary or emergency bridges can be delivered within 24 hours and are rated to carry a maximum 10 tonne load with a maximum 6 tonne axle load. Our team will give you an on site free consultation and discuss the best solution for your needs.
