Roxanne supports project delivery and site operations at Bridge It NZ. With a background in infrastructure development across Manila and Dubai - primarily in road projects for both government and private sectors - she brings valuable international experience to the team. Since moving to Tauranga in 2022, she’s been embracing the opportunity to learn the ropes of New Zealand’s construction environment and enjoys being part of a supportive, hands-on team.

Outside of work, Roxanne loves exploring new places, going on nature walks, and getting stuck into her favourite games - she’s a self-proclaimed "MMORPG and Nintendo Switch girlie". She also enjoys reading comics and attending comic cons when she can. She and her partner can often be found checking out local food spots or heading off on laid-back outdoor adventures.

Roxanne is excited to continue developing her skills in project delivery and is keen to keep growing her role as she builds her future at Bridge It NZ.
