Shayne is an up-and-coming talent at Bridge It NZ, currently completing her apprenticeship as an engineer. She’s hands-on, eager to learn, and always ready to take on a new challenge - whether it’s out on site or in the workshop.

Before joining the team, Shayne spent six months working as a general labourer, where she first discovered her interest in working with tools and machinery. Since coming on board with Bridge It NZ, she’s hit the ground running - gaining real-world experience and building her technical skills across all aspects of bridge building.

Outside of work, Shayne enjoys spending quality time with her family, shopping, watching movies, and getting outdoors. She’s always up for a camping trip, exploring new places, or winding down with a few drinks and good company.

Shayne brings a great mix of curiosity, energy, and determination to the team - we’re stoked to have her on board as she continues to grow into her role as an engineer.
