Pat Seuren - Managing Director
Pat is Bridge It NZ’s founder, and his in-depth knowledge of construction methods has allowed Bridge It to design and build a huge variety of bridges since he started the business back in 2009.
Pat brings an innovative and practical approach to complex situations. He has a background in developing subdivisions with P&N Developments in Wellington as well, where he worked on projects with more than 100 properties involved.
Kim Bevins - Manager
Kim joined Bridge It NZ in 2018. After spending 17 years in the RNZAF, Kim moved to Tauranga and has spent time managing various projects in petrochemical, power generation, pulp & paper and food processing industries.
With a high level of experience working in pressure situations, he brings proactive forward thinking and a systematic approach to projects where clear communication and attention to detail are key to success. In his spare time Kim enjoys sports, DIY and relaxing with friends and his young family.

Craig Langsford - BE (Hons) - Engineer
Craig joined the Bridge IT NZ team in early 2018. He is a qualified Civil Engineer and has previously worked for a Tier 1 civil contractor on a variety of projects throughout New Zealand and the Pacific.
Craig has extensive experience in health & safety management, bridge construction, structural steel assembly, reinforced concrete and piling as well as construction supervision, managing sub-contractors and high-risk, complex tasks in remote locations, including rope and helicopter work.

Diana McIntyre - Business Development Manager
Diana, who has an extensive range of practical real-life approaches to enhancing business performance, has been with Bridge It NZ since mid-2017. She manages the sales processes and deals with all our valued clients, including councils and engineering consultants.
Previously, she held senior roles within private and corporate organisations, and she has also owned and managed a specialist engineering company. Diana, who was raised on a sheep & beef farm on the East Coast, excels at strategic planning and her experience includes trades, manufacturing, and of course, the rural sector.
Diana covers the upper half of the North Island from the Waitomo, Southern Waikato and the Western Bay of Plenty regions.

Mydawny Nairn-Kusabs - Administration Manager
When you call or visit Bridge It NZ’s Office at Mount Maunganui, Mydawny is likely to be your first point of contact. With more than 35 years’ experience in office management and administration as well as sales and marketing, she provides an easy flow between Bridge It NZ and our clients.
Mydawny is a whiz at creating solid procedures regarding the administration of client files, and she has in-depth knowledge regarding health and safety procedures and compliance with various government and council departments. Most importantly, you’ll find Mydawny a pleasure to deal with.
Jason Shallcrass - Operations Manager
Jason manages the Mt Maunganui workshop, where he supervises all aspects of steel fabrication for the hundreds of bridges Bridge It NZ that has manufactured and constructed.
A key project Jason deserves a special mention for is the award-winning McLarens Falls Walkway footbridge. Jason fabricated the entire bridge, spanning 33m, and assembled it offsite in Bridge It NZ’s previous factory in Katikati, prior to taking it to the site for installation.
Craig White - Site Supervisor
Craig is a valued member of the team, and our clients love him, too. He's been involved in some big projects since starting at Bridge It NZ in 2017, such as the installation of bridges in Mangatawhiri and on Great Barrier Island. Craig is comfortable with repairs and maintenance work, and he likes to hit the ground running.
He is proactive, has a great attitude, and consistently demonstrates solutions-based thinking. In his role as supervisor, he ensures that jobs get finished thoroughly, without having to go back. Team work is important to Craig, and he takes full responsibility for his crew and the quality of their workmanship.
Donald Richardson - Managing Director, Tiaki Engineering Ltd
Donald has a solid technical background in structural design, including industrial and civil infrastructure, asset management, drainage and utilities service provision.
He has over the last 17 years in New Zealand been involved with structural civil and industrial design and project delivery, utilities infrastructure planning and design. Donald’s historic background is in industrial, heavy foundation and bridge structural design.
Donald is a Chartered Professional Engineer, holds a BSc in Engineering and is a member of IPENZ. He has also been an IPENZ Tauranga Branch Committee Member.
Hayley Andrew - Engineering Technician, Tiaki Engineering Consultants Ltd
Hayley has over 16 years’ experience in project design and delivery for a variety of civil construction projects and the submission of the associated consents. She has a good working relationship with BOPRC and the heritage New Zealand. She is familiar with the requirements of obtaining Archaeological Authorities, for sites where previous assessments have indicated items of archaeological significance.
Hayley is experienced in consulting with affected parties to obtain the required approvals for works, contract document preparation, physical works administration, liaison with the local authority staff and Contractors, preparation of contract schedules and estimates and drafting of contract drawings sets.
Paul van den Hoven - Engineering Technician, Tiaki Engineering Consultants Ltd
Paul has over 30 years’ experience in Civil Engineering projects. His background covers a wide range of disciplines including structural detailing of bridges and bridge components in materials such as steel, insitu/pretensioned/post-tensioned concrete, and timber. His expertise includes bridge seismic retrofit projects, bridge inspections, structural detailing of culverts, tunnels, commercial & industrial buildings.
Paul is also involved in construction monitoring of bridging projects including processing of construction queries, quality records maintenance and as built drawing production. Plus roading design and draughting for new highway projects, and shape correction/pavement rehabilitation for existing roads.
